Fairfield Hills Hospital
Six included licensed photographs document the campus after closure: four from 2006 and two from 2014–2017. Operating-era photographs, an additional modern image and the Roy Lathen Leak archive guide remain linked research leads. Dates and rights are recorded per item; individual patient records are outside this edition.
